The full arc of becoming, from a child who did not belong, to an engineer, to an artist and healer who finally came home to herself. In the battle between her left and right brain, both won.
About Olga
An engineer by profession, an artist by passion.
Olga is an energy healer and lightworker who facilitates one-on-one
breathwork healing sessions, Reiki healing sessions, and family
constellation sessions. She also teaches art classes and creative
thinking techniques, organizes art-related events, and facilitates an
inner self-discovery workshop.
Through her work, and through her experiences on her own self-awakening
journey, she hopes to inspire others to find their inner peace and joy,
and embrace their creative and artistic side. Olga began her spiritual
journey in 2007 when she took the Inner Engineering Program with Isha
Yoga. In 2017 she went to Bali on a spiritual retreat.
"I believe that love is everywhere. I believe that creativity should be part of
our everyday life, and I believe that inner peace and joy are easy to find if we
are ready to go on an inward journey."

Biography
From Bulgaria to Beirut, from engineer to artist.
I was born in Bulgaria and spent my childhood living in different
countries. I came to Lebanon when I was nine years old. I had a cultural
shock, to say the least. It was not easy to fit in and I always felt I
did not belong. I spent most of my childhood lonely and I found refuge in
art. I started painting as early as I could hold a pen in my hand and
have been painting ever since.
I wanted to study art but my dad did not believe that artists could make
a living, so I had to choose a major that would enable me to earn money.
To be honest, I never thought of becoming an artist until later on in
life. When I was young, I saw art as a hobby, my "Wonderland," a sacred
space that I wasn't ready to share with anyone. So I never saw it as a
career but rather as a part of me that belonged to me alone.
I loved math and physics all my life, so I graduated from the American
University of Beirut with a Bachelor's in Computer and Communications
Engineering and a Master's in Business Administration. I enjoyed my
scientific career a lot. It stimulated my brain and challenged it. I love
mental challenges and I can't imagine my life without my scientific side.

Yet the right side of my brain never gave up. I always painted and I
loved music. After I graduated, I enrolled in piano classes and Latin
dance classes. This only lasted a few months. I met my husband-to-be and
I decided to quit it all, since he was not interested in joining me for
the classes. At that time, I did not love myself enough, so I chose him
over me. I didn't know any better. I gave up the things I loved thinking
it was a noble sacrifice for love. I now understand how wrong I was.
Needless to say, my soul was longing to dance. So I started painting
couples dancing. Again, I was using art to fill the emptiness of my soul.
I danced through my paintings.
"Slowly, as the years went by, the emptiness inside longed to be filled. I
reached a point where I no longer felt joy no matter what I did."
I decided to meditate. I took an Inner Engineering class with Isha Yoga
in 2007. I practiced for six months and then I stopped. In 2009, I did
Reiki I. However, the numbness was blocking me from feeling the energy.
So I repeated Reiki I in 2010. Still I felt nothing. In 2011, my marriage
fell apart. I was on the verge of depression. However, I made the
decision to start dancing again and started to learn to play the guitar
in 2012. In 2013, I did Vipassana, a ten-day silence program. I wanted
to escape from the world. Later that year, I did Reiki II, and that
opened me up. I could finally feel the energy.
Since then, my healing journey has unfolded in parallel with a deep
commitment to personal growth and learning. I dedicated myself to healing
old wounds, finding inner peace, and exploring various healing modalities.
In 2014, I became certified in New Me Breathing and New Me Coaching, and I
also completed studies in Basic Pranic Healing.
In 2017, I attended a healing retreat in Bali, followed by advanced
studies in In-Depth Channeling in the United States in 2018. At the same
time, my artistic path continued to flourish. I began teaching art classes
in 2015 and further developed my skills through private training with
renowned artists in Granada (2018) and Florence (2019).
My journey of learning and transformation continued with studies in Family
Constellations in 2023, followed by Business Constellations in 2026. I also
completed training in Color Therapy Foundation, Art Therapy Life Coaching,
and Sound Healing, integrating these disciplines into my holistic approach
to healing and personal development.

I am still on that journey of self-discovery. It is a lifetime journey.
However, I am now at peace with myself and with the world. I have found
my inner joy and I can't wait to share it with the world. All that I have
been through has made me who I am and has prepared me to fulfill my life
mission.
"In the battle between my 'Left' and 'Right' sides of the brain, both won.
They are both equally important in my life and they help me connect very easily
with all types of people."
This balance of "Left" and "Right" is what makes me able to teach art in
a structured way. It also makes me able to explain spiritual concepts in
a more logical way.
